We regularly come here at least once a week as our date night (and have for the last 8 years) and the experience is going downhill. Twice we ordered a pitcher of coors lite that seemed bad in the past month, it was cloudy and tasted of vinegar. I tried to order a panini both times and we were told you're out of panini bread. Additionally a friend of ours went to order soup and tater tots and we were told you're out of that as well. Aside from wait staff which are AMAZING, our experience has gone down hill and we are considering switching to another location for our weekly date nights unless something changes. Food is typically very good as are the drinks as long as they don't run out of anything. Hoping things can improve before it's too late.

Loved my customer service. Great bartender experience. Mason was polite and accurate with his cocktails. Ayanna was so helpful and cheerful. All employees were attentive, kitchen staff takes pride in presenting their plates.

Probably best not saying anything at all, but since I was questioned what happened.. Ordered a simple grilled chicken sandwich through DoorDash. Thereâs no options to customize unless I noted what I wanted. The sandwich ordered was grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato. Super straightforward and simple. I got called and they left a message because I was in the shower. I called back and was scolded/talked over by Heather that I didnât do it right and that wasnât on the menu, however I had literally ordered it three days earlier. So due to this, she didnât put the order in until I called back. So order was finally placed 25 minutes later. The DoorDash driver was waiting in the store for 40 MINUTES! It was grilled chicken, lettuce, and tomato it literally takes less than 10 minutes to make that. So I felt bad for the driver who was texting back-and-forth with me, so I tipped extra too, not his fault. Finally got my grilled chicken sandwich? Nope, crispy with mayo?! Thanks Heather for talking over me the whole time smhâŠ. Never again hard hat sorry.

As someone who frequently goes to the North Haven Hard Hat Cafe we were pretty disappointed by our meal here. Unlike at North Haven, the panini was not served on panini bread and was served on toast and was essentially a really wet grilled cheese. Overall this location is also not super clean. Most notably, the soap dispenser in the womenâs bathroom was very clearly just refilled with water and was definitely not regular soap. Definitely not worth the prices. Was pretty disappointed by this location :(
What a delightful surprise! it was my first visit. I met a friend there for dinner and we enjoyed everything. The Buffalo chicken dip was perfect, it had a fair amount of chicken in it and had enough spice for flavor without burning your tongue! My steak salad was exceptional. The meat was cooked perfectly, and the flavors of the chopped salad were well balanced. Our servers were pleasant and thoughtful. The bartender made my margarita exactly as I liked it. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and fun and I look forward to coming back!

Me and my friend sat down at the bar. We ordered a couple drinks and for some reason the bartender gave us the attitude each time we ordered. The first drink I ordered was a midori sour and the midori bottle was right in front of me. The amount of liquor in the bottle was barely enough to make a drink but I still ordered it. Guess what, the bartender made my drink and filled 98% of it with club soda and then hid the bottle from us. Once we payed for our tab she put the bottle back on the counter; like I said there was only enough to make one drink but no they would rather ration lol. Also the bartenders have their âfavoritesâ which means if youâre not a regular you donât get full customer service and have to wait 20 minutes for a drink.

Place is clean and the restrooms are very clean which in my opinion is a good indication of what the owner thinks of their place. Bartender Ashley was spot on. Great place!

Sat down for drinks and grab a bite to eat. Place was busy but not packed. The server took our order. Drinks came a little longer than expected but we werenât bothered by it. We started waiting for our food. We waited and waited. Other people were eating and being served. Not us. We kept waiting. Our waitress barely came by to refill our drinks. Over 1.5 hours of no food, and only 1 drink, most tables were done eating and left, and little to no service we had it and left hungry and went elsewhere. Very disappointed as this seemed like a cool place.
