I went here for lunch for the first time . I have always wanted to go but I have never been in the area for lunch time . It's a very cute Italian deli for take out. I ordered the eggplant parmesan and added fried peppers on a hard roll. This was amazing! Most places do not make eggplant right however, the sandwich was excellent. I used to LOVE this place for one thing: vegan vegetable soup. Called today and they don’t even make it anymore… What the hell? My wife Sarah and I love Rosa’s deli! We’ve been here before, but today was the first day we had the chance to chat with Rosa. SOO LOVELY and friendly, the shop is clean, and the food is GREAT! Best deli in Wallingford…hands down, no doubt. I got the Rosa’s Delight with banana peppers - superb.Stop reading this and go to Rosa’s!
