I went there once. Probably won't be going back. The reason I gave it one star, first the woman who waited on me had no personality not even a smile or nice hello greeting when I came in. Or a have a nice day when I was leaving. She said nothing to me. I felt like I was disturbing her. I bought various items there. The cupcakes were just ok nothing spectacular. The pastries I bought tasted stale like they were baked days ago. They did have a nice variety to choose from. Possibly I unfortunately picked the wrong items to buy.

Everything I have ever had from here has been phenomenal! The scones are always fresh, delicious and moist. They keep fresh for days when I let them! The muffins are the best I’ve ever had! The personnel are always friendly and accommodating, the cakes are light and moist! It is the highlight of my week to stop in!

I recently ordered a birthday cake from Keri’s for my husband’s 40th birthday and I loved working with them. They executed my vision perfectly and when I needed a last minute addition to the cake, they handled it without an issue. Besides being beautiful, the cake was absolutely delicious. The chocolate cake was moist and rich; the vanilla buttercream was light, fluffy, and not too sweet; and the raspberry mousse was perfect - it was light and tasted really fresh. The only downside is that I don’t live in the area so I won’t be able to order more treats from Keri’s until I visit CT again.

I cannot express my Gratitude enough. Keri and her staff are amazing in every aspect. I ordered cupcakes for my daughters bridal shower, lemon with raspberry and chocolate with a chocolate mousse both with a floral Motif to match the shower ensemble. They were beautiful and absolutely delicious. Keri herself and another staff member carried them out for me and carefully placed in the back of my suv. This cake was fantastic!! I asked for a custom “naked” cake with delicious fruit for each layer and she did not disappoint! Everyone loved it and asked where I got the cake from!! She even offered to deliver the cake and went out of her way to make sure the cake was perfect for the special day. 10/10 would recommend, great customer service and delicious, you can’t go wrong!

When you walk in the door you think- Keri's is your traditional neighborhood bakery. And it is. But, they also have some amazing non-traditional treats to brighten up your day as well as the best egg sandwiches made to order. Her seasonal specials are the best as well. Valentine's "charcuterie" boards, cookie and cannoli kits are favorites in our house as well as custom birthday cakes.
