Elizabeth's Bakery now has some GF items. Today I tried their GF blueberry muffin & brownie. The muffin is amazing! It didn't taste GF at all. Lots of blueberries, not overly sweet like some GF baked goods; great texture -not gummy at all; and a wonderfully big muffin like it's gluten containing counterpart. The brownie is soooo fudge! Let me first off say that Elizabeth’s Bakery is top notch. I was in a pinch to get chocolate covered strawberries for my daughter for Valentine’s Day. I missed ordering deadlines for most places but Elizabeth was about to accommodate my last minute order. The strawberries were freshly dipped the morning of my pick up.
