If I could leave a zero star review for the Wallingford, CT store I would. The complete incompetence and communication between the staff at the location and the Door Dash crew is unbelievable. At lunch time, they failed to deliver half the order (6) and only deliver (3). For dinner (2) burrito meals were ordered and (1) was delivered. This is 6hrs apart. When we contacted the store we were told they couldn't do anything and it's Door Dash's fault.
The food is nasty!!! It isn’t the cooks fault, it’s the menu and the lack of knowledge about a taco or southwestern food!!!

The workers are generally super chill and friendly, and the majority of customers agree that Moe's is superior to other similar chains. The food is so fresh and tasty, and the place is very clean. There are plenty of vegetarian options as well as meats, with everything separated in containers so it is easy to choose. There is something for everyone. There is ample parking, making it easy in and out.
