Needed a last minute cupcake order with a few day notice and Mr. D’s was nothing short of wonderful! Beautiful gourmet cupcakes at a great price. Will always go to them for my cake needs!!
I didn't even know this place existed until my dad's girlfriend brought us there I had my daughter and my nephew and they got tons of candy they had homemade looking great desserts I loved the atmosphere it was a great place and I recommend it to anyone who's around

I was exploring downtown Wallingford, when I walked by this place. Well, it looked way too good to pass up, so I went in! Lots of fun old fashioned candies, etc. But the real goods were at the front; cupcakes and amazing looking desserts! The two girls working there were super sweet and engaging. I ended up getting a razzberry lemon cupcake and the lava cake. The cupcake was light and fluffy with a mild lemon flavor and a razzberry gel/goo (?) that came in a little plastic tube...
