Can’t say enough good things about the food truck. We used it for our daughter’s 1 year birthday party. Guests loved it! A bit pricey - but you get what you pay for. They provide very large portions! The service was phenomenal - very personable. As the hosts - we really didn’t have to lift a finger. We just enjoyed the party!

Being from Buffalo food is a staple of our everyday lives. Our drive into Connecticut was rough to say the least. Our hotel underwhelming. I didn't know what to expect when finding a restaurant. We settled on Pig Rig because the atmosphere seemed cool. After a disastrous night this place turned our frowns around. The food was amazing. It was exactly what you want a BBQ joint to be like. The baby back ribs were the best I've ever had. Everything was great. What a great...

I can honestly say this is the best bbq I have had in connecticut. We came in 20 minutes before they closed and the food was still out of this world. The smoked chicken fell right off the bone I didn't even expect it and the pulled pork melted in your mouth.
