1st visit. Ordered take out & grabbed a coffee during the brief wait. Service was efficient & friendly. Establishment was clean & welcoming.
I deeply appreciate that they offer tofu.
We ordered the “Vito” swapping chicken out for tofu & the “Cypress Garden” sandwiches… both were delicious.

I haven’t been to The Eatery in a good couple years. I moved out of the area and Covid struck. I went back today for the first time with a friend-she got the Buffadilla and I got the Mesa Quesa. Can I just say-that may be the best lunch I’ve had in ……EVER!! I highly recommend The Eatery. Prices are good, service is friendly, and food is top notch!❤️ I will be stopping there every time I visit Wallingford-even just to pick up something for later.
On 5/13/21- I had the best sandwich ever at the Eatery. It is called Bill’s Beet Reuben sandwich. Not only was it nicely made, And vegan ,but absolutely delicious!
It had roasted beets, cabbage slaw, dressing on NY Rye! I highly would recommend kudos to the staff at the Eatery!!
