I did stop coming here for quite a while, but the Ham and Swiss demanded a return. I'm glad we gave Arby's another shot yesterday evening. It was such a different experience! The food came out hot and just what we ordered, and the place was clean and upbeat. The biggest highlight was the service. The staff was personable and very friendly. Everyone was polite and professional. That energy seemed to transfer onto the guests and everyone seemed to be having an enjoyable dinner. Hats off to that crew!

Cashier with the braids is always catching an attitude at the window, instead of working on there service skills they ask you to reverse from the drive through window and pull back up 😂. Other than that food is fine

I ordered a Gyro with Lamb meal. They told me the curly fries just came out but they were lukewarm. The pita bread was stale and they were stingy with tzakiki sauce. Ruin my dinner!
