Maybe it’s cause I’m from Bridgeport and we have pantanal and they never let me down I have to give this place a 3 star rating food was mediocre fried yuca was cold rice and beans was good the garlic steak wasn’t very medium but somewhat tender brisket was dry and beef rib was fatty and the lean part was tough I paid way more for a lesser quality then I would’ve paid at pantanal oh also the chicharron was cold and no I did not drive all the way back to Bridgeport to eat I drove 10 minutes away before eating short enough distance for the items I said was cold to be at least warm maybe it was a off day would I try again hard maybe not the worst I’ve had once again I’m comparing oily to one of the best Brazilian buffet pantanal

Food was very good but when we googled it on the internet it said 1075 all you can eat it never said about 1075 per pound and they weigh it and you have to pay for every plate very expensive we didn't even get enough to eat and it was $37 for Two Plates of food and a bottle of water I don't see how this place has five locations because it was definitely overrated and the prices were ridiculous will never eat there again

I've had there food before and it was pretty good, but I guess every so often someone gets it wrong. This is my second time buying from here and it's too salty. The bean sauce, yellow rice as well as the steak were extremely salty. Please be mindful of the amount of salt you're using. I can't even finish my food, its pure salt and lacks flavor. I go here for the meats, rotisserie style / smoked flavor. Personal favorite is the bacon wrapped chicken breast it is absolutely amazing. The Garlic steak is also tremendous as well as the other types of steak. I don't care too much for the sides unless they have avocado salad available definitely recommend trying that. My only issue is I'm allergic to shellfish and several times they place the shrimp salad right next to the avocado salad otherwise a great place
Can't go wrong with this place. Best deal in the city if you want fresh food with a huge variety. I don't know where you can get a better plate of grilled meat, vegetables, starches and more at that price. We come here several times a month if not once a week. They are always treat us nicely. Meriden road location is also great.
