Bistro Bar strikes a perfect balance between casual comfort and culinary flair. Nestled in a warm and inviting setting, it offers a thoughtfully curated menu—ranging from elevated bar bites to bistro-style entrees—that caters well to both laid-back evenings and small celebrations.
The food and service was amazing. I went in not expecting much, as it was just a hotel restaurant. We got the buffalo chicken sandwich and the meatball flatbread, along with some holiday themed cocktails. The staff was so fun and friendly, and we were blown away by how good the food was. I highly recommend the bistro if you're staying at the Waterbury Marriott.
Fantastic. I can't believe how good this hotel bar is (and I travel a lot). It's open and welcoming. The craft beer and cocktails menu is large. The food is great, like a cafe menu with everything and its all surprisingly tasty. All staff were friendly and capable, over my 5 night stay.
