I have a serious question. How do you guys forget to put my burger for a bacon king meal in the bag when it’s for delivery this place just needs to be shut down.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING!! Josh in drive thru and the second window had a great spirit and was very kind and outgoing! My boyfriend and I are on & off customers at this Burger King location and I had to drop a great review for Josh!! Keep it up!

This store is on the ball the food is always hot and I never had to wait the servers were always pleasant

Wasn’t at all impressed with the customer service I received today. Felt as though I was being treated like I was trying to rip off the store. Took a survey BK advertises will get you a free wopper. Went in placed my order and as soon as I stated I had a code my order taker (must’ve been the manager) became disrespectful towards me.
Stated “that’s not a code” I need the original receipt and the number on it “ she must’ve thought she had me they but thankfully (despite never having this issue at any other location) I kept in.
Went inside this time someone much more friendly came to the counter but before he could proceed the same woman comes running over “don’t do it, he’s going to tell you to do the wrong thing” she takes the receipt and processes my order.
But wow just wow.

Manager is rude and unprofessional she gave me attitude after selling me chicken fries and I didn’t order them .
Terrible they gave me half a chicken in the wrap the women who took our order kept adding food onto it we didn’t know we had too go to the second window and they js watched us instead of letting us know because there was someone right at that window then some idiot stared at us while we received our food like we did something wrong they need to change the night stand not a single person knows what they’re doing back there!

Used app still really expensive. Fries was cold. Charged me for beacon and there was only one beacon broke into 2. Paid for extra pickles there was only one extra witch should have been free. Person at the window was rude and lazy. It’s really ghetto there

Friendly staff, I highly recommend the frozen cotton candy cloud. Very refreshing on a hot day. I specifically went there for this drink and nothing else. I will definitely get it a 3rd 4th, & etc. times.Yummy, love it.
Parking: Whenever I go there, I always found a spot. 20-30 spots available.
