This is by far the best service i ever had in a BK in Waterbury. Everyone is always very nice and they're quick! Well at least walking in. I recommend the Oreo chocolate shake, they make it very good

Very rude customer service we came in to dine and we weren’t even offered trays … all tho their was trays on the counter me and my partner decided to grab one and the employee comes over being very rude and smart telling us not to grab the trays unless we want to eat wet food in a very rude manner I was disgusted because we come here all the time and never have issues WARNING VERY BAD RUDE CUSTOMERS SERVICE WHOLE DINING ROOM WAS DIRTY ALSO CHECK IT OUT FOR YOUR SELF

Yuck, yuck, yuck is all I can say. The workers stay in full conversations amongst themselves, which to me is disrespectful. Horrible food and staff and its gotten real expensive to eat there. Idk how families can afford to eat fast food sometimes. I wonder how they shop too for families.

I ordered an onion melt burger on Christmas. Hair was stuck to the sauce, cheese and onions. So disgustingyo sweat the last bite. Not sure if the burger fell on the floor or if the cook or preparer didn't wear a hair net. Do not go there. Food was so cold.

The food was cold. Studying late night and was hungry. Food came on time but I think the driver didn't have it in a food bag to preserve the heat.
