Horrible experience the one employee at the window had a crazy attitude and got mad when I wanted something switch due to my child wanting a deffrient drink as an item do to them not having any drinks ! And ontop of that’s they forgot my daughters pie I paid 35$ for a meal that was really disgusting and missing items as well before giving it to the customer they supposed to check the bag and see if everything is there instead I got my bag thrown to me and I will be getting that employee name and tell Corporate about that one employee if they don’t like working in a fast food restaurant then to do something better instead of being depressed and giving customers that had done nothing to you a attitude . If I could rate it zero I wouldved . Worse place ever they suppose to greet u and be happy instead I get rude employee that don’t like the job . Worse place ! HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND!!!!!!! When they close the window and talk crap is because they afraid to say it to their face

I give it a 2 star cause the manager helped us so we went in I believe this location moved from brass mill center we never eat Burger King inside no lore since they closed that one but we went in for the SpongeBob collab it was a really nice interior but when we order the food the employee tells us we cannot change the toppings on the sandwich honestly makes no sense we shouldn’t be forced to eat everything in the sandwich especially if a price almost $20 my dad was there for like 15 mins asked for the manager and the manager made it for us the way we wanted then the employee was arguing with the manager and calling her stuff that’s kit our business but it feels really awkward and unprofessional of the wormer when there is customers at the restaurant

I don't normally post bad reviews, but I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, apparently they had stopped taking orders from the second one. Eventually pulled up to the window only to be served the incorrect order. Was supposed to be a crispy onion whopper Jr with no tomato which does not have ketchup. Was served a reg whopper Jr no cheese and with tomatoes, which does come with ketchup and I hate ketchup. Used my break for this, guess I'm not eating lunch today! Thanks BK!

Honestly my best experience at a Burger King like ever!!!! The manger guy was so friendly and a hard worker!!! He was friendly and on top of his game!!! We went inside we didn't have to wait that long at all. Even though our fried food was made to order. Which was awesome!!! I just thought Burger King's fried mozzarella is kind of gross normally, it was actually one of the best fast food fried mozzarella I ever had!!! Thank you guys for the great work!!!! I think from now on I'll just
drive from Bristol if I'm in the mood for BK.

Placed my order at the window and checked the bag before leaving as theyve left items out or given me wrong orders… again today a wrong order. The lady at the window had a major attitude when i politely told her it was not.

Before I wanted to leave a review, I decided to speak to the manager at this establishment about my experience and he is the nicest man! He explained to me that there’s a lot of younger new employees and that many of them are still training. That’s understandable we’ve all been there at a new job. Not only did apologize several times, he gave me a 50% coupon for a future purchase and refreshed my order from the night before that was missing items. He wanted to make it right and he did and for that he is the reason why I will be back! When I returned to get the food that I didn’t receive in my order the night before, it was made fresh when I arrived. The service has always been great there. The younger people that are working are always smiling and the crew in the morning are just as wonderful. We need to start giving people chances and allow them time to gain experience at their job. There are who people don’t show up and they end up being short staffed, and that’s not the manager‘s fault. The manager at this establishment deserves a raise and he is the most kind hearted manager at a fast food restaurant that I’ve ever encountered. Kindness and compassion go a long way. We need to start supporting these workers instead of constantly putting them down. We all have to start somewhere. God bless this establishment and its successes!

messed up our order in the drive thru, didn’t give us a receipt, drove back around 30 seconds later and they refused to fix our order because we didn’t have a receipt that THEY didn’t give us. absolutely ridiculous.
