Placed my order at the window and checked the bag before leaving as theyve left items out or given me wrong orders… again today a wrong order. The lady at the window had a major attitude when i politely told her it was not.

Before I wanted to leave a review, I decided to speak to the manager at this establishment about my experience and he is the nicest man! He explained to me that there’s a lot of younger new employees and that many of them are still training. That’s understandable we’ve all been there at a new job. Not only did apologize several times, he gave me a 50% coupon for a future purchase and refreshed my order from the night before that was missing items. He wanted to make it right and he did and for that he is the reason why I will be back! When I returned to get the food that I didn’t receive in my order the night before, it was made fresh when I arrived. The service has always been great there. The younger people that are working are always smiling and the crew in the morning are just as wonderful. We need to start giving people chances and allow them time to gain experience at their job. There are who people don’t show up and they end up being short staffed, and that’s not the manager‘s fault. The manager at this establishment deserves a raise and he is the most kind hearted manager at a fast food restaurant that I’ve ever encountered. Kindness and compassion go a long way. We need to start supporting these workers instead of constantly putting them down. We all have to start somewhere. God bless this establishment and its successes!

messed up our order in the drive thru, didn’t give us a receipt, drove back around 30 seconds later and they refused to fix our order because we didn’t have a receipt that THEY didn’t give us. absolutely ridiculous.

We order on Uber eats after work Friday night lazy Friday. Well salty is short the ocean is less salty. Everything cold mozzarella fries tasted like old oil kept a sandwich, didn’t add bacon as requested fire the cook and get a new one

I am just so appalled that this place is still open. Waited 30 minutes in the drive-through just to get to the window for them to say nobody put your order in. They then proceeded to tell me “I can either pull around order again, come inside and order, or I could leave for all she cares”. Then they proceeded to give me some sob story that they are understaffed and only have three people working. That honestly should be illegal and if they can’t keep up with orders, why are they going to make people sit in line and not make any food correct. They need to shut down then Because that’s just ridiculous. It’s also pretty sad how I come on here and I see other people saying the same exact things in their reviews… SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE

Understandable that when I was at this establishment they were short staff, but you still shouldn’t be nasty with food. I watched a lady with short hair take old burger that were sitting there and had the cook rewrap the burgers and gave to a drive thru costumer. Me and another customer stared at this woman shaking our head and she stated if we did not like what was done then we dont have to eat there. She was very negative and rude the whole time we were in there and just created a negative environment. If this lady continues to be employeed here, I will make sure to make people are aware of how nasty she is!
