Been a LONG time since I was in a mall, especially during the "holiday season" and Brass City Mall is a Ghost Town.I came to warm up and eat some lunch, but there were no people at the stores and a few were getting food.I was going to get some Sakura Japanese food but the place was filthy so I opted for Charlie's Philly Steak at Brass City Mall, Waterbury, Connecticut USA . The food was quickly made to order and looked almost as good as it tasted. Gonna have to hit Cinnabon for a take home dessert

I am quite surprised that I am the first to review Charleys. Charleys Phyilly Steaks has been open for a few years now (probably since late 2019); this particular location, is in the Brass Mills Center's food court so it has a very bustling atmosphere. Charleys Cheesesteaks offers a variety of Philly cheesesteaks and Philly cheese chickens, and some vegetarian options. Their menu also features fries and refreshing real-fruit lemonades. What's even better is that everything is prepared right in front of you on the grill.I have tried a variety of their sandwiches and specialty fries which are all good, but lately I have been gravitating towards the Philly chicken teriyaki. It is delicious and is made with all white meat chicken, onions, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, and a delectable teriyaki sauce. I also love their real fruit strawberry lemonades--they are sooo goood! Service is always quick and the employees are pleasant. I definitely recommend checking out Charley's Cheesesteaks.

I went to buy a Philly cuz I been craving it for a while and the day I bought it half way through my food I seen a cockroach come out the bag that my food was placed in I couldn’t even finish my food I almost threw up its so unsanitary so disgusting? and I’m going tmrw to get my money back I paid 15 bucks for Philly and fries and a cockroach on the side ???

They had to remake the sandwich because the info was put in wrong. I’m never eating at the one in Waterbury. The cook gloves touched his mouth then picked up the cheese. I saw him I wasn’t eating that sandwich nor am I getting arrested for going off.. I just threw it away in the trash calmly. They have lost a customer!!!

For once again downsizing the menu. Used to get the ultimate club but I guess that’s a thing of the past now
I stopped here after being offered a sample of the chicken philly. It was good but I decided to give the old school fries a try. I have ordered them two additional times. The old school fries are always served hot and fresh. The employees are friendly and professional.

Just had food from here for the first time. I enjoyed everything I tried (fries and I split a chicken cheese steak and Philly cheese w someone). Delivered (GrubHub, idk if they deliver) in a box w the sandwich open, the lettuce stayed fresh and everything. Absolutely would eat here again.
