Extremely nice staff, talked about the drinks and gave suggestions. The cashier was a fellow INK fan, and that's always a plus. I can't drink coffee, so I got the brown sugar and pumpkin chai, the girl making it got excited and she made it perfectly. Can't wait to go back and try other things they gave. It's nice to have options instead of DD or ??. Will be back 100% for the customer service alone! ??

Ok, so the coffee was great. Lacked some snack choices (there were no pastries ? on display). When I looked up at the ceiling, and I almost fainted! The light fixtures, vents and even the exit signs are gross!!!! Thick layers of dust and whatever else. All I can think about is all that dust flying around the food/coffee.
Not sure I will come back. The whole ceiling, vents, fixtures, and exit sign need urgent cleaning.

first time stopping here after I made my delivery at restaurant Depot. very good coffee. I didn't have to make it as usual at home. awesome granola bar. pumpkin spice. very good and customer service is great
