Waterbury Slop. Waited forever for service TWICE. I’d rather take the trip to southington for sure!!!

I wish I could give this dump 0 stars and still review but sadly no luck. I ordered at 610. Got a text at 645 saying food was ready got here at 7 and the girl at the desk said I was next I line to pack. She went back and forth several times giving everyone else in waterbury their food. She lied. They never made it. After sitting her for 35 mins 50 mins after I got the text that its ready, I ask to cancel my order and I overhear her whispering to the manager that they never made it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!°

I really try to keep giving this location a chance. Every time you get to go though, there’s going to be something wrong lol. Eat in if you can. They never have anyone helping over there and managers are always m.i.a if need help. Latest visit, got a triple dipper to go , one option of chicken was supposed to be plain, and then a second option was flavored. Needed the two different kinds for a reason, and yet they throw it all together in the box and so much sauce there was no “plain” anymore. The person who wanted the plain ones couldn’t get any :( they need a better packing system they’re a mess and always seem overwhelmed. Yes in the photo one chicken I ripped to make sure it was cooked lol

Worst experience ever at Chili’s. 😡
The food was completely unacceptable ... it tasted old, poorly made, and like it was thrown together with no care. I paid good money expecting a decent meal and instead left frustrated and still hungry.
This place seriously needs to step up their food quality and service because this was beyond disappointing. I will not be coming back and definitely would not recommend eating here.
On top of that the manager didn't even show is face the second time when my waiter to me they would come speak to me like so unprofessional he looked me my eye and told me they was making fresh one when he knew they wasn't also on top of that the second time I received my food the food had added items that was missing on the first plate they served me smh do better ....

Me & my wife ordered the same plate, rice came out uncooked/hard, we told the waiter & she told the manager & so called the manager had them remake it but that was a lie!! They proceeded to bring me out the same plate with the same old hard rice, manager said he had them make some fresh new rice but it was the same old rice that I had told them about, THE MANAGER DID NOT CARE THAT I GOT OLD FOOD!! DONT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS CHILLIS NOT WITH THE MANAGEMENT THAT THEY HAVE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I LEFT STILL HUNGRY & DISSAPOINTED. MANAGER NEVER DAID SORRY OR ANYTHING HE DID NOT CARE. DEFINITELY MY LAST TIME EATING AT THIS CHILLIS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, MY KIDS FRIES CAME OUT HARD MY FRIENDD SALMON DIDNT EVEN COME OUT GOOD & SHE ALWAYS ORDER THE SAME PLATE ALSO! MY WAITER WAS AWSOME BUT THE CHEF & MANAGER WAS DEFINITELY A DISAPPOINTMENT, HE SHOULD NOT BE MANAGER TO ANY RESTAURANT. NEVER GOING BACK & I DONT RECOMMEND NOBODY TO GO

Really enjoyed myself everytime I've been! The food is delicious, especially that loaded macaroni and cheese! Omg!! I only wish they had a slightly different or more expansive adult beverage menu to include maybe some liqueurs ( for white Russians or chocolate martinis)💪🏾😂.

The food was over cooked and hard they gave me 3 piece of shrimp the burger had onions when I said no onions They gave me 10 fries I am so disappointed on how the food is all the money you spend this how the service is and this is not the first time let’s do better

Kiley was absolutely outstanding and made our entire dining experience exceptional. From the moment we were seated, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. Her professionalism combined with her friendly, positive attitude truly set her apart. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it made a huge difference in our visit. We would gladly return just to be served by Kiley again!!! she’s a real asset to the restaurant
