The manager named Ashley was amazing. She is the definition of great customer service. Its unfortunate that managers cant get tipped, because she definitely deserved to get the tip we had for her.

My friends and I usually ONLY go when we know Stacy is working. Her personality lightens and brightens the whole atmosphere AND dining experience. She takes the time to remember your usual order after a few times and can anticipate what you'll need. She's there Tues-Thurs from open until 3 pm...

Where to where to start! First we get there and there’s absolutely no host/hostess and we had to wait and the young man that helped us get our seating look like he had to think about it first the good thing was our server came to our table right away and asked for our drink order food came. I ordered the sizzling fajitas and there was nothing absolutely sizzling about fajitas. The meat was not even hot as well as the tortillas either they were old or not heated properly and to top everything off there was other food mixed with my food that I didn’t order. Yes cross contamination is a big issue!!!! Not as it was when I walked into this place for the first time 10 years ago. Changes need to be made!!!!

Everything was great except my meal was super late to the table. I dont know if the server forgot to put it in or kitchen missed it on the ticket. Otherwise everything was great!

I ordered 2 meals and a appetizer and after waiting in the pickup area for 5 minutes or so with another customer also there to pickup a order who was waiting before me for a few minutes we had to go in further and then get the our orders after that i received a appetizer and a meal and a quarter the burger was missing bacon no fries no salad the other order is missing shrimp the lettuce and tomato on the bottom is soft and mushy then the bottom bun soaked and soft was looking forward to a much better experience than this
