I like it for a Chinese restaurant. The reason why I give it only 4 stars is it is in my opinion what every Chinese restaurant should do. With that being said I will reiterate that I do like their fried chicken and never had a complaint with the food itself. Delivery is a different story but even then it's not horrible.

Food is great, but service is weird. Depending on who you get they can be rude in the phone or in store. Their rib tips are packaged in a container that lets all the sauce seep out and smother the other Tupperware. When I was asking for clarification if their chicken wings come in a combo option I was cut off and asked if I knew what I wanted or not and to call back when I was ready. In store when I asked for my drink they said it was already in the bag, but I only asked because I had already checked and it wasn’t inside. They gave me a can with a blown out bottom so it wouldn’t sit up. It seems like all fixable things, but the tone is unacceptable and I get take out to not have to do dishes so to have to clean up everything being covered in BBQ sauce, transfer food to a plate, and pour my drink into a cup anyway just kind of ruined it for me.

I start with the girl who answers the phone, what a rude woman and she doesn't take directions well, they sent my food to a street that wasn't because of her not writing things down properly, then the food arrives cold and with hair on it, it's the second time I receive my food with hair a total disgust I will never eat here again and I have been eating here for years and before a year ago it was not like this incredible I assume they changed management or employees

i paid 8.00 for these wings, what kind of wing is this the bag was rolled up so small im like what is going on with these wings. never have i had wings this small.and i’ve ordered from here before, also the wings look and taste old.

Soggy flavorless pork fried rice,house special lo mein no flavor,or vegetables and approximately 3 small shrimp. Steamed dumplings again no flavor. 39.00$ for garbage food. Never again.

I found myself ordering from China One again tonight. The 2 or 3 item combos are great. I usually stick with the basics: General Tso chicken, honey chicken, dumplings, wonton soup, etc. I also recommend the Singapore mei fun.
