I showed up at 10:45 and got told that the lady did not get paid until 11 and that all the time before 11 is her time to get the store ready. Why does your hours state 10 AM then? are you not paying this individual and she’s working for free? or is she bullshitting me? department of labor i’m sure would love to hear about this.

Extremely rude, was about to close and responded to us very disrespectfully after getting ready to order. I understand she was about to close but she didn’t have to snap at us for no reason. See a lot of ratings complaining about the same lady, and clearly the management hasn’t taken them into consideration gotten rid her smh. Was craving it but instead just walked away from her rude attitude.

Today is January 14 at 5:38pm I went to cinnabon at the brass mill mall and have never been so disrespected in my life. The lady was in the back washing dishes and we didn't know that so we kept saying hello so someone could take our order we were ordering for a party. The women comes out the back yelling saying wait a minute how she's washing dishes and they're about to close and she doesn't have to take our order anyway. She proceeded to yell and say how she has a monitor in the back she could see us. I asked her how would I know that? How would I possibly know she could see us in the back or that she was washing dishes? The experience was horrible. Needless to say I went and spent my $200 somewhere else

The girl was very rude after I stood there for over 3 minutes as she played games on her phone she rudely asked if I was ready or not. Then rushed me during the process of me ordering I ended up walking away because this is a business I will never support again as long as they have rude employees like this.

I went to this location with my partner as it’s been a while since we had cinnabon and we were excited to try it. We were met by a young lady who very obviously didn’t want to be there (I have to say I get it I don’t like to work either). I proceeded to ask a question about a cinnamon roll on display and she was very just monotone and talking in one-word responses, didn’t really make me feel good about asking a question. Then after I told her what I wanted when we got home I see instead of giving me the regular sized one I asked for. She gave us a mini bon. On top of that it tasted days old. Not impressed at all

I go once in a blue moon here but the woman w glasses that was working this afternoon is wonderful! So polite and helpful.
10 minutes before closing, and the two ladies are putting the remaining product into boxes for tomorrow. They have a lot to choose from, but told me that they are closed. I tell them that they choose at 8, but she just nodded her head. Picture taken at 7:55, after I found my wife to give her the bad news and then Returned to see them all boxing the remaining buns. What happened to work ethics?

They gave my son a gross drink, he took a sip.... and he asked for them to exchange it with another flavor.. He came back with both and paid for a second drink?♂️...Like the lemons are coming out of their paycheck. I'd complain to them but they're to busy playing on their cell phones.

I am leaving a one star review because the person in charge had a horrible attitude, i got there 15 minutes prior to closing and she shouted that she was already closed while myself and another person were waiting to make a purchase.I brought my business to Pretzelmaker instead
