Clean, easy to navigate, and relatively tame shoppers. This place is like an Ikea for food. For those who don't shop at Costco regularly (myself) this is quite dystopian. Cold industrial lighting highlights towers upon towers of consumer goods, neatly packaged and smelling of plastic. The building itself could house what feels like the entirety of West Hartford. Security is present, multiple times we were checked for our Costco card. The deals are good, not exceptional. Example: dyson supersonic is the same price on Dyson.com, and has far more colors. Nonetheless the place is fun with ample food and close, organized parking.

It's all about the parking at Costco and the crowd flow, this Costco does it right in both depts. We love the seasonal items and sometimes find good deals on clothing for our teens. We have staples such as Kirkland paper towels, Kirkland frozen cheese pizza, Lilly's bean & cheese burritos, the French macaroons, the Cabot cheddar block, the Kirkland bagels, Dove soap, Clorox wipes, shaving razor blades, etc. We skip the food court and infrequently visit the liquor

This place is still a bargain after shopping at the warehouse. Prices remain low in proportion to retail food prices elsewhere. The pizza slices are big and tasty. Chicken roll ups and soft serve ice cream are also great. There are some tables or ask for takeout. The atmosphere is like bedlam, but what else would you expect at Costco?

Rob T, the Pharmacy Manager is awesome. Super helpful, attentive and loves his job. Gave me some pills to hold me over and was just super friendly. Definitely worth the switch from your standard pharmacy. I also have great insurance but I use Good RX there and everything is super cheap.

Always yummy but they should make the are bigger and a separate place then people exiting the store. It gets way to crowdedVegetarian options: Pizza, and ice cream. Plus a great frozen coffee along with a churro stick and Cesar salad. It might have chicken.

Love their pizza Sarah however extremely rude I ordered an hour ahead came in to get my order only to be ignored sitting for 27 minutes after I told her I was picking up n my order was ready while she laughed the entire time and ignored me no customer service or care in the world

Stopped at the cafe. They continually have the greatest meal deal around. Only $1.50 for a soda and hot dog and you can add your own toppings (ketchup, mustard, relish, onions). The service was quick and friendly.

I mean if you don't like Costco I don't know what's wrong with you.It's always a pleasant experience shopping at Costco for me. The employees are very nice and helpful always.I love being specific items in bulk as it just makes more sense to me especially in regards to cleaning products. I'd say don't go on a Sunday morning though it's apocalyptic in there and very busy.

They know we go for the chicken. You spend $400 on your way to buying that $4.99 chicken. Freaking Genius. Their premade foods. Which BTW probably has the prior day leftover rotisseri chicken. The food is really good and saves our family a ton of time. Freaking Genius. 8 Pack of Spam. Where else can you find a 8 pack of spam? Costco that's where. BJs in comparison only has 6. Take that BJs. Freaking Genius. I can keep on going but I'm not going to take any more of your time. Goto Costco's and get your 8 pack of Spam. You will thank me later.

Products are good with some reasonable prices for huge variety of produce, cakes, and more. Food court (which we enjoyed eating there) is awesome. Worth coming back! P.S. My family enjoys shopping at a Costco-owned store.

I switched from SAMS to Costco, but I regret it. Costco is so much more expensive. The meat prices are OFF THE CHARTS. Meats even chicken are so outrageously high, I would never recommend Costco to anyone. You do not save money at this SO CALLED Warehouse.... You are better off shopping at Big Y, Stop and Shop, Shoprite or another Warehouse. COSTCO IS NOT CHEAP. YOU DO NOT SAVE A PENNY HERE. I DID THE NUMBERS WITH ALL ITEMS AND IT IS TOO HIGH. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY.
