They shut down half the restaurant an hour early and were very rude. We entered with a party of 8 and were told we would have to sit on the patio, in a heat wave, because they already cleaned that side for the night one hour before they close.

Went to grab some food and treats for my family after a great day and The lady manager that was there with the blonde hair was so friendly and fast with our order. She was very patient while we figured out what we wanted and even gave suggestions that happened to be awesome btw. The burgers were juicy fries a bit salty for my liking but overall very much enjoyed eating here today will definitely bring family back

Went to the drive through and ordered $52 worth of food and ice cream, person taking my order said “is that it” and huffed and puffed the entire time pulled forward to pay and was asked to park order would be brought out to me. There were no other cars in front of or behind me 14 minutes later they bring my order to the car. My cherry dip cone was in a cup and looked like it had fallen several times as the cone was covered with stuck napkin bits and the entire cherry shell was gone. I called 5 times and no answer I also left a review with all my contact info and no one has responded. I paid for an order that should at least be edible

Placed an order for 2 blizzard cakes for a birthday party went to go pick up and no one had any orders of mine. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to that cake!

Horrible service. I had come there with a VERY simple request, in mind. As I usually do not like DQ, for the fact that they don't offer many choices, at ALL. BUT, since I happened to be in the area and was hungry, and wanted a hot fudge sundae, with some of the snickers blizzard topping, (which I was MORE THAN willing to pay for.) And knowing that they make the ice cream and the blizzards TO order, I TRULY don't understand what the problem was, that I didn't want a BLIZZARD!!! I just wanted a hot fudge sundae with some of the snickers topping. I was treated INCREDIBLY RUDELY, and walked out, empty handed and upset. If the toppings are available for blizzards, ANYWAY, the only difference was that I didn't want it BLENDED!!! And I wanted hot fudge and whipped cream. I don't understand why this was SO unreasonable.

Here we go again. Good ole Waterbury, CT. Now I remember when there was a DQ in Waterbury back in the 80’s. However service was different then. So today I go to DQ and order a chicken strip basket, a chili cheese dog and side of onion rings. Dumbest decision I made post KFC. First let’s hit the chili dog, well I got the microwaved hot dog in a box. No bun, no chili, no cheese. Hmm. Then the onion rings not hot at all now my house is maybe a 6 Min drive to Wolcott. So no reason the food should have been cold. Rings full of grease. Disgusting!!! Oh and the fries with the basket just the same. Droopy limp fries, fingers full of grease. Now the chicken tenders horrid. Grease taste like they sat in the grease for 19 years. Grease taste old like no one has cleaned that trap in weeks. I still feel the grease at the back of my throat. Needless to say I threw the whole thing out. I wasted 27 dollars. But I learned a lesson worth that much. Never go back to that DQ. I don’t know who owns it but need to do a weekly mystery shop there. Cause I get no kids wanna worl these days but for those prices food shouldn’t be that bad. U won’t get my patronage again. Hope anyone else time is better then mine. READ BEFORE YOU GO!!!!!!!!!!! N
