I come here once a week for either food or Blizzards. (The best). While standing in line I was met by John the new DQ General manager. This guy is top shelf in my book. The way he treated all the customers as they walked in the door, was very impressive. John definitely wants to establish a one on one relationship with his customers. The best thing DQ did was to bring John onboard. Even the brand new employee at the register did a wonderful job šŸ‘

I went to this Dairy Queen today with my daughter, I ordered 2 cones, when I got to the window I scanned my app for points, the lady at the drive threw window asked if I wanted me receipt implying a payment went through, I said oh it went through she looked and said no, I said oh ok Iā€™m paying with Apple Pay, yes I would like a receipt, she took my phone to pay for the order and handed me the cones and closed the window on me, never gave me my receipt I asked for, which I thought...

Went to grab some food and treats for my family after a great day and The lady manager that was there with the blonde hair was so friendly and fast with our order. She was very patient while we figured out what we wanted and even gave suggestions that happened to be awesome btw. The burgers were juicy fries a bit salty for my liking but overall very much enjoyed eating here today will definitely bring family back
