We ordered delivery from Domino's on Highland Ave. The pizza is always delicious!!! No problems there!!! The issue we have is that right on the receipt it says: Please bring to 3rd Fl. door is located on right side of house, first door on the left. The driver 1. Never made a call or text to say he had arrived. 2. He marked the oder DELIVERED without contacting us yet. My bf went downstairs to look for driver and the driver was about to leave and said that he put the pizza in the back by the door with the padlock on it. First off, that was the very back of the house ... he walked right past the first door on the left. Second thing, the door with the padlock is located behind the garbage bins and that door goes down to the basement!!!!! All he had to do was read the receipt!!! I would have preferred a phone call to be honest so i could explain where to go and so we would know our food had arrived!!! If my bf didn't go downstairs, we would have never known our pizza was here .....

I went to Domino’s tonight and had one of the worst experiences ever. The staff were unbelievably lazy and disrespectful — I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. No one greeted me when I walked in, and no one said goodbye when I left. It took two employees almost five minutes just to take my order, and in the end, the delivery driver had to step in to fix it.
One of the workers was on his phone with one hand while opening pizza boxes with the other — completely unprofessional and unhygienic. Honestly, I was speechless. The whole place felt like the staff were hanging out at home, not working in a business. I don’t know who the manager is, but about 60% of the people working there looked like they’d rather be asleep than doing their jobs.
The only people who seemed professional were the delivery drivers — they actually knew what they were doing. As for my pizza, it looked terrible. I paid extra for it and it doesn’t even look like a medium size. Just look at it — absolutely awful. What a shame, Domino’s. Total disaster

Poor quality made Pizzas, missing 2 toppings I ordered, Uncooked w cheese chucks, In Past I have no issues. Uncooked raw Bread twists, Attempted to call & speak to Manager, no success after holding 15 minutes, definitely no longer I'll visit this one.

This is the worst Domino's. I highly recommend going to a different one!!!(DON'T GO TO MANOR AVE) Every time I go to a different Domino's, my order is always correct. This time they had to bring me three different pizza's after telling them 3 different times how i would like it made. It's not that hard to make a pizza and the manger was extremely rude and this is what I received in the picture. The manager said if I didn't accept the pizza when they brought it to me, they would not give me my money back or remake it. I felt like they were purposely making it wrong. Especially since i never had any problems at any other Domino's i have been to. Worst place ever and if i could rate it zero stars i would!!

I do not recommend ordering from this dominos I just place an order and it shows as delivered it never got delivered I even stay on the phone with the driver to try and figure out where he was and he never showed up I call them and the guy that answered literally didn't even spoke just stayed quiet so rude I was just trying to figure out what happened to my pizza and who did it got delivered to never ordering here again I wasn't even calling to demand my money back or to complaint I wanted my food I wanted to find out what happened to my food

Horrible experience from ordering, which I thought might just be a normal for this area, delivery leave a tip and still I have to walk outside to the car (The driver name Roman Stated it’s cold outside )while the Supposedly delivery driver is still sitting In the vehicle, I have to walk up to his vehicle for himto hand it out the window, And to top it off while I’m eating a long strain of black hair underneath the cheese, almost tangled between my teeth Don’t bother this place is by far the worst Domino’s in Connecticut I Placed my order on February 24, 2025 at 6:14 PM order number 148 I tried to speak to the manager in charge at the current moment and he told me there’s nothing I can do. The cook is bald and I said OK well, I Don’t know I didn’t think I have to investigate where the hair came from. I just wanted to eat my food for sure they’re not using hairnets when cooking or prepping food perhaps but that is definitely uncalled for. Save your money. Spend it somewhere else.
