Call before you plan on coming here. We planned on going before a concert at the Palace on Friday November 12, 2021 and they were closed even though this app tagged it as open.

Highly recommend the nachos which are home made chips order as an appetizer or a meal. Wash it down with a Waterbury Martini. Now let me trek you about these wings. Wow these wings........the heat, the crisp, the size, melt in your mouth, perfect amount of heat and spices. They accommodated our little one with something they wasn't on the menu. Clean atmosphere, friendly staff. We will most definitely be back

Fantastic place! Food was fantastic and so was the service. Owner George was super nice. Beautiful building. Still kept the gorgeous old features but modernized it so it is a great atmosphere as well. Definitely will be coming back!

Haha, Not german at all. Dont waste your time here looking for any comfort wirtshaus food or german meals or GERMAN BEER for that matter. If you like IPA's, there you go, nice american bar for you.

Great food plus great vibes to have a drink

You shouldn’t advertise as a German restaurant but have not one German entrée or appetizer or even draft beer on tap. I came for the sole purpose of having German food I understand the restaurant was reopened then you need to change it. on your catering menu you still offered German food I don’t understand why you wouldn’t offer it on your regular menu you’re more of a pub food was good but unfortunately I would not go back to Waterberry for that

Nice place, very good food and pretty good service at lunch. Tablecloths are a nice touch. For Waterbury, one of my favorites for a business or casual lunch. Burgers, and plenty of hearty and healthy choices. I had the salmon with couscous and sliced olives which was well prepared and presented.

Great everything - staff, food beers and location

George and the staff were very accommodating...we had a large group last minute, and they handled us perfectly...the food was great and so was the atmosphere...would definitely recommend it and will visit again for sure

I was excited to try the food advertised on Instagram but instead I was told "No, we no longer have that, no that was last week's special" & a story about how there are new owners now so there's a completely new menu an entire break down of information I didn't care about.
