There are 2 dunkins closer to my home and I go to this one whenever I'm getting dunkin because their service is always great, friendly and fast and they always make my drinks perfectly! (Even if I order them a little weird) Also the food is always hot and crispy. Can not say enough good things about this dunkin!

I really enjoy going to this DD. Chay & Q hold me down every visit. They are pleasant, funny & make My Coffee PERFECT!! It saddens Me to know that Q is No longer there. Idk what happened but PLEASE bring him back!! He works hard & ALWAYS has a Smile while doing it. He's 1 of the reasons why I even go there. Idc what kind of day I'm having, he NEVA cease to put a Smile on My face. Q if yu are reading this, kno that Yu will 4eva have a Friend in Me. The young lady and young man were so polite and quick with my order not to mention the coffee was the best hard to find the person who could make it the right way but when they recommend how to make it with an extra pump of flavor and less sugar, oh, I’m in heaven, just a sip away from feeling good
I had to wait forever for my food tonight because they had one person closing the restaurant?? Why would you have one person closing taking all the orders and making everything??? That makes no sense I had to go to my car and wait while she addresses the rest of the customers. Fast food is supposed to be fast this was not fast the food was good the service was poor waste of my time and money just for a bagel with cream cheese the location is just as bad a lot of hustlers asking for money

The people (especially Milly) that work here are awesome! I'm on the east coast every couple months..they remember me at a glance and know what I want. And they're fast.. Employee retention and customer service!
Mobile app says 4a open. Placed an order through my phone and sat at drive thru for 10 min. Hours of operation need to be updated in app and should be put AT drive thru speaker! Will NEVER come here even though it's 2 min from my house. Will go out of my way to go to one that actually cares about their customers.

This was by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I waited with no service for 5 minutes, that in itself would be fine if they were busy. The staff was talking to each other. Since I could only sit there and wait I called for assistance but no reply so I waited till some one noticed another 5 minutes later they just chose to not acknowledge me. So I walked away and never got my drink or anything for that matter. There were zero drive through orders during this time.
