I went through the drive-through, Paid for my stuff and was told to go in the front to wait for my order. I did so shortly after someone came out with my food. I get home to realize they did not give me my whole order. I feel as though if they didn’t worry about pushing the clock , worrying about the time and perform proper customer service they would’ve gotten my order correctly sent out. So I went back glad I don’t live far to get the donut and there was a line at the drive thru. I get making your numbers but to forget a customers food , come on now! Very dry person at the drive thru, didn’t smile greet NOTHING just took my money and messed up my order. Didn’t even apologize when I did get to the window. Told me another person total , I said I wasn’t given my food, he then tossed me my missing item that was sitting openly on the counter. DO BETTER

these ppl constantly have an attitude for no reason esp the girls that work there - they also burn their food i’ve had to go back so many times my 4 year old won’t eat a burnt sandwich or a sandwich with raw bread (most 4 year olds wouldn’t let alone an adult LOL) they need to get it together at this location it’s really not the hardest job lol work somewhere else if you don’t like your job it’s simple!!!!

Ordered coffee and Egg & cheese on Croissant from drive through. I ended up getting the croissant like in the picture. Associate who prepares it knows that it is burnt but they still served. Poor costumer care and management issue.

So it’s your average D&D decent service unless there busy , but they had a broken table in the dining room like really broken and the employees were well aware since the cashier told her coworker “ hey can you clean the spill near the broken table” . I found out it was broken after I put my 2 large iced coffees on it and it tipped over and spilled all over me ruining my Jordans and afternoon. At least they mad me a knew coffee.
