Today, I was unable to locate the croissabt stuffer on the app. The female that took my order made it clear she couldn’t help me. It was the tone that tuned me off. I was served a medium coffee in a dirty paper cup. I refused it! Instead of remaking my coffee, the make at the drive tru poured it into a cleaner cup.
The Verdict: I will not patronize this location anymore.

Horrible attitudes!! I came in and asked to use the ladies room before my order and they said no you have to purchase something or you cannot use the restroom I said I am going to purchase something and they said you need to purchase it before the restroom I said would you like me to take my food into the bathroom? They were very rude very snotty and couldn't even stop to talk to you they don't let you in the bathroom unless you order something and then I guess they expect you to bring the order in there with you disgusting

This was in the bottom of my drink from the coffee I got at the Dunkin in Waterbury on Thomaston Ave. Asked for less ice and they said they had a policy change where they can’t put less ice. So by mid day at work, my coffee had a huge layer of water on the top from the melted ice. After dumping the rest of the water coffee in the sink so I can throw the cup away, this is what I found at the bottom of my cup. Disgusting because honestly it looks intentional. Like they ripped it out of there hair.
