They did a half ass job my coffee taste like garbage. I couldn’t give my kids their muffin because it was all messed up. My sandwich the cheese was not melted and it wasn’t even put right the bacon taste like garbage too. SMH never again!!!

I've been to several dunkin donuts in my lifetime, this particular one might be the worst I've ever been. Between rude staff, waiting forever, and overall terrible service, its literally the worst. Need to fire a few of the staff.

When I paid in cash the cashier took my change and put it in a tip jar and only gave me the receipt. Then the next time I went I wasn’t given my full amount back and when I said something they went in the tip jar and gave me my 1.76 back. And now today my coffee taste like sanitize solution. I worked for Dunkin’ Donuts on Hamilton and the sanitize solution taste exactly how it smells. One of the employees had their children sitting in the lobby. I took a big sip and immediately threw up. That store is starting to get worse and worse

The Thomaston DD is be there around 30 years.This place now, they did not allow you to use the restroom if you don’t purchase something. What crazy policy is that? A lot of people go to the bathroom and then on the way out they purchase the coffee and now they have this policy.

On a Positive Note: This location use to have the BEST service. Stopping here before work could brighten one’s day.
Today, I was unable to locate the croissabt stuffer on the app. The female that took my order made it clear she couldn’t help me. It was the tone that tuned me off. I was served a medium coffee in a dirty paper cup. I refused it! Instead of remaking my coffee, the make at the drive tru poured it into a cleaner cup.
The Verdict: I will not patronize this location anymore.

Don't bother going inside. They'll serve 10 drive-thrus before they even look at you

I came in and asked to use the ladies room before my order and they said no you have to purchase something or you cannot use the restroom I said I am going to purchase something and they said you need to purchase it before the restroom I said would you like me to take my food into the bathroom? They were very rude very snotty and couldn't even stop to talk to you they don't let you in the bathroom unless you order something and then I guess they expect you to bring the order in there with you disgusting

This was in the bottom of my drink from the coffee I got at the Dunkin in Waterbury on Thomaston Ave. Asked for less ice and they said they had a policy change where they can’t put less ice. So by mid day at work, my coffee had a huge layer of water on the top from the melted ice. After dumping the rest of the water coffee in the sink so I can throw the cup away, this is what I found at the bottom of my cup. Disgusting because honestly it looks intentional. Like they ripped it out of there hair.
