Isabella is rude, when you go thru the drive thru or at counter she never says good morning - afternoon always says what can I get you? Never has a smile on face has no customer service. Not friendly at all. I come from customer service and she has none at all. The other workers are great never had an issue besides her I have been going there for 13 years. Stuffing her face when she is taking orders. To add to it girl approached me on what I said, today at drive thru first rule of thumb keep comments to self and do your job. Yes I called her a b because she never smiles doesn’t use any customer service skills looks like she doesn’t even want job. Asked her one day is she mad at the world? Plan out rude all the time. Today she purposely came at me and now will never give Dunkin my time or money.

There were many employees there and amazing they still got my order wrong. Going through the drive-thru, the lady asked me my order like 4 times and I had to keep correcting her. The line wasn't that long but the wait time was. When we got to the window she gave me the wrong drink, gave it back and gave me the right drink but another wrong drink. They complained saying people were driving off, but I saw no one drive off, think they just ripped people off. I should have checked the bad of food because nothing in the bad was what I ordered. What a waste of money and time.
Vegetarian options: There's a lot of options without meat.
Parking: You can park at a gas pump or on the side of the gas station to go in and get the drinks and food. But when it's busy, can be hard to navigate the parking lot between the lines of the cars.

This is the second order after I return first order everything bagel mini as the though was wet and and the chese is hard despite it is overheated in microwave or oven. in the second order cheae is burnt inside and the color turned into brown . I guess as thr drive true is busy, they cant handle it well and decrease the wuality of the foods
