Ordered a simple regular coffee, repeated myself four times and asked for assorted munchkins. Coffee was black and donuts were two kinds. No one mentioned they ran out of all the donuts.

Girl with the giant eyelashes and red wig is rude. Doesn't say a word and slams the bag of donuts on the counter to hurry you. This happens every morning I go there. She needs to be replaced with someone with better manners and customer service skills. Really bad

Extremely rude!! Not just one time either but every time i go here! Won't go anymore because of one emplyee with the huge fake lashes, won't say a word to you and will put the drinks just far enough away so you need to reach as much as possible, i've heard other customers complain about it too!

The tea I was given this evening was filled to the brim with scalding hot water that began to leak out as soon as the person in the Drive-Thru window handed it to me and in turn flooded the coffee cup holder that I quickly placed it into to stop my hand from being burnt.I know that tea requires hot water but is it necessary to fill the cup to the brim?I can't help but feel that it was done maliciously because I can't believe that somebody would be that ignorant. This is exactly why I prefer going to Cumberland farms and making my own coffee for less than half the price.
