The gas station attached can be a little much to deal with in the morning, but the staff are great, coffee is great, and it's usually pretty quick.

Absolute worst service I’ve had from them. Ordered my food when there wasn’t even a line in the drive through and stood there for 15 mins waiting and they still never gave it to me. Ended up paying for a 6$ “deal” but only got the medium coffee and not the food. Absolutely piss poor quality of work ethic is here.

I literally order the SAME drink every time I go there to the drive thru. Well today they made it wrong. So I had to turn back around to go inside to get it fixed and was ignored for a good 5 mins before the manager came from the back to address my concern. There were no customers in there just me with my coffee in hand. When I explained to the manager my issue she just took the coffee tossed it in the trash remade it with the biggest pile of whip cream and a bunch of caramel drizzle so that when she put the lid on it ran over. I didnt even say anything. I just took it and left as already felt uncomfortable. I don't think I'll be returning to this particular DD because there's literally only 2 workers there who are pleasant. The rest of them always seem to have an attitude and I will NOT walk on eggshells being afraid to speak up when I'M THE ONE who was inconvenienced. I get we have bad days and mistakes happen but to have such a passive aggressive attitude with a customer simply asking to correct a drink is insane. I don't even write reviews but the way they made me feel almost made me give the whole order back and ask for a refund
