My favorite part of day is getting the Daydream refresher and then always, somehow, making it wrong. Always 95% oatmilk and 5% refresher. On top of that, the oatmilk always tastes weird - as if it’s oat of date or…no idea….. would rather drive elsewhere for a refresher even though this location is closest.
One day, hopefully, the art of daydream refresher will be perfected.

Nothing nice to say about this location. Came in the morning and got 4 coffees which were all wrong. When I went back during work to try and get compensation I was met by a rude manager who didn’t apologize, was aggressive and didn’t even say have a good day. They made me feel uncomfortable, especially being a black woman. Coffee maker was also rude, making me feel like I’m the one who made the coffee wrong. First time coming here, would never come back again. Shame on this franchise.

Stopped in for 2 avocado toast and coffees on a road trip. Avocado was sour. Actually had a bit of a smell to it too. We needed to toss it.

I went a few times and I tried going to the drive through and the person taking my order was pretty rude. I ordered a coffee and the lady taking my order was very rude about it. I left and went to starbucks instead. They need to train their workers to be nicer to customers.

Came in 20 minutes before close and there was nothing to purchase and no one to ask…smh I could hear cleaning in the back but that’s all so I left. Closing duties should be done after closing and during business hours your staff should be ready to sell product

The coffee I just got today was alright but the new pretzel sandwich .. I don't know if they are all bad or just this location but when the girl at the drive thru passed it to us, it smelled like straight up fish. So much so my bf thought I got a tuna melt or something. I didn't smell it at first so I thought nothing of it, so when I got home I tried it...it was disgusting. Tasted like weird chemicals and spoiled meats. Nasty nasty nasty never again
