Dunkin' Donuts is a great spot for quick coffee, breakfast, and sweet treats. Their coffee menu is extensive, offering everything from classic brewed coffee to iced lattes and cold brews. The donuts are fresh, soft, and come in a variety of flavors, with seasonal options that keep the menu interesting. Prices are reasonable, and service is typically fast, making it ideal for busy mornings.
They seem to get your order wrong or forget items frequently, even with mobile orders. I keep going only because it's on my way to work. They've given me iced coffee when the printed order sheet clearly said hot, hash browns are often undercooked, and they will probably ask you what you ordered when you get to the window.
I love the fact that you can order ahead and get it without any wait. Although I don't like the new points rewards system, and the fact that they only have one type of caffeinated tea, it's still way less expensive than Starbucks and you don't have to make it yourself
Wheelchair accessibility: Even though the doors are not automatic, the staff is right on top of helping out anyone who has a problem opening the door
