Was visiting here Friday morning relaxing in the chairs with my coffee when I unexpectedly had a very intense seizure. The staff jumped into action & took care of me until paramedics arrived. I felt embarrassed to return because I'd caused a scene, but when I came back and apologized the staff here warmly welcomed me back and were so kind to me that it nearly brought me to tears. These are amazing, wonderful, beautiful people, and EXACTLY the type of employees that every business should pray for. This is my new spot for as long as I live in Connecticut and I would literally go out of my way if I were you to go to this Dunkin (especially if you plan to have a medical emergency bc these ladies are cool af under pressure lol). The girls do everything they can to accommodate you and make sure that you're satisfied with your order and they do it in such a genuinely kind way that it starts your day off beautifully. Thank you ladies, you have my love and my gratitude.

And wanted to give a shout out to Sally who not only greets me by name, but asks how my family is doing, has such a pleasant personality, and always serves my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich piping hot (yay piping hot sandwiches)! My family and I love all DDs, but the Chase Avenue location is special. Thank you for all your team does on a daily basis.

Be careful with this establishment. Something shady going on with this business. Went there 7/8/24 around Noon and was given a fake $50.00 bill as part of my change. Paid with $100.00 bill for 1 dozen Donuts. I didn't notice until I had left the premises. District manager, Donna Mullins says there were no $100.00 bills in the till when closing. OF COURSE THERE WASN'T. SMDH. There has to be video footage of me paying with a $100.00 bill around that day. There certainly would be video footage if THEY WERE ROBBED on that day and time!

The lady that took our order was rude as hell and she couldn't hear me, she was an elderly woman then she proceeded to give me an attitude to which I responded using my manners and humbled her. The ppl that were there were so loud it was a group of men and one woman, they weren't eating or anything but were super loud. Then this one elderly man thought it was ok to try and look at my child in a weird way so I had to check him smh. Go through drive through save the hassle

The amount of times I have this place another shot was way too many. I live in Middletown and I get my coffee there most mornings. I get my food at this dunkin and whenever I don't get a coffee they always every single time mess up my order. I simply ordered 3 doughnuts this morning and they charged me for 3 and only gave me 2. They just lost a customer, I'm over it. ?
