3 days now I have ordered from this store on Uber eats. I keep asking for just a powdered donut and for 3 straight orders I have been sent a jelly donut, which I am not a fan of. I dont understand how hard it can be to tell the a powdered and jelly donut apart.

I walked in to pick up a order. As I walked in there was a employee throwing a vocal fit because a customer in the drive through ordered a small and then wanted a large or something. Then when I texted the customer to see if the needed anything while I wait for the food. She came over told me the food was being made. The. Went back to work but said at a normal volume not even under breath I saw you hit the order not ready thing though. Just pure disrespect. For how many dubkins there are I will be sure to avoid this one

Was visiting here Friday morning relaxing in the chairs with my coffee when I unexpectedly had a very intense seizure. The staff jumped into action & took care of me until paramedics arrived. I felt embarrassed to return because I'd caused a scene, but when I came back and apologized the staff here warmly welcomed me back and were so kind to me that it nearly brought me to tears. These are amazing, wonderful, beautiful people, and EXACTLY the type of employees that every business should pray for. This is my new spot for as long as I live in Connecticut and I would literally go out of my way if I were you to go to this Dunkin (especially if you plan to have a medical emergency bc these ladies are cool af under pressure lol). The girls do everything they can to accommodate you and make sure that you're satisfied with your order and they do it in such a genuinely kind way that it starts your day off beautifully. Thank you ladies, you have my love and my gratitude.

And wanted to give a shout out to Sally who not only greets me by name, but asks how my family is doing, has such a pleasant personality, and always serves my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich piping hot (yay piping hot sandwiches)! My family and I love all DDs, but the Chase Avenue location is special. Thank you for all your team does on a daily basis.
I'm sooo disappointed with the muffin sizes. They have gotten so small. I could've baked my own.

Be careful with this establishment. Something shady going on with this business. Went there 7/8/24 around Noon and was given a fake $50.00 bill as part of my change. Paid with $100.00 bill for 1 dozen Donuts. I didn't notice until I had left the premises. District manager, Donna Mullins says there were no $100.00 bills in the till when closing. OF COURSE THERE WASN'T. SMDH. There has to be video footage of me paying with a $100.00 bill around that day. There certainly would be video footage if THEY WERE ROBBED on that day and time!
