Food sucked asked for a everything bagel with sausage egg and cheese and it was cold not toasted the middle of my sandwich was cold and I ordered a large but I got a medium cappuccino and the cup was damn near empty with a lot of foam and the place was fully staffed they need to do better spend money on food that I can’t eat what a shame.

Got a large hot chocolate and it was only half filled. The Boston creme donuts where absolutely terrible. Felt like they where days old all hard and disgusting.

Leaving this because they lock the bathrooms and only allow customers to use it, which I guess is fine in most cases, but I’m a federal worker that works on the street and sometimes I need to use a bathroom on the clock and they gave me a hard time about it saying I need to buy something. I order from this Dunkin pretty often as it is, I’m regularly here in this area, so that sort of treatment is honestly pretty unacceptable to me. I’m clearly in uniform just trying to do my job and stop by for a quick bathroom break, to be denied is wrong in my opinion.

These people are ignorant. How do we know what bags of food are ours when they can't mark the bags with tags that print off in the drink and food stations.

Service here is zero stars, walk-in is the worst.

We're taught to mark the bags as the tags are printed off before we even open the bag and the cups are tagged also with simple, specific instructions they apparently cannot follow.

It's sad to see other DD personnel screw employee's orders up! ?

The old lady at the window was beyond rude. I asked for an iced mochiatto which is usually half milk half strong coffee. They gave me a cup of milk with a splash of regular coffee. My chicken chorizo wrap was frozen on the inside. I asked for a different coffee since it wasn't done right, and they gave me the sane thing again. If I wanted a basic iced coffee, I would not have paid the mochiatto price. Honestly, the Hamilton location always gets my order wrong or give me a drink with expired milk. Anytime I think enough time has passed, this location reminds me just how much they suck. I'll keep to Starbucks, if I'm going to overpay for my breakfast, I'd like my order to ne correct and the staff to be a least a little bit friendly. Don't waste your time or money on the Hamilton Ave location. Zero customer service skills with overpriced coffee that they WILL get wrong and be upset at you for pointing it out.

This place was good before but don’t know what happend to it , they will need 15 minutes to prepare one hot coffee from mobile order and that coffee is just hot water and disgusting milk . In 15 minutes I was there 4 costumers complained about their hot coffees and return them to get another one . This place have lack of workers so get it closed or hire more people stop making disgusting coffees .

The person at the drive up window could not get our order right and we had to repeat it several times. Then I got hot coffee instead of iced. The food we ordered was just thrown together and not hot. My wrap was disgusting. And when I finally got my ice coffee, it was bitter and I did not taste any sugar. We will never go there again!

the manager is very unprofessional got upset because they heard the order wrong and screamed at a worker for handing us our order we could’ve left with 2 bagels without paying but stayed to pay either way because we weren’t just gonna leave just very unprofessional and feel bad for the worker.
