I couldn't help but be impressed by the service and cleanliness of the location, especially because we went later in the day and mostly teenagers were scheduled . The food was also hot and prepared well.

Just like I remember when I was a kid, haven't been in a Frankie's in more than 20 years and it was definitely worth, had three Franks a Mexican, Wisconsin, and an Italian all perfect!! Lot's of toppings and cooked crispy but juicy!;

Always great food, clean place and almost always great service. This time I ordered ahead, they said 15 minutes, I showed up in 20, Went inside to pick up, no one ahead of me so I paid , nothing was ready and I waited another 15 minutes for my food. While 3 others walked in ordered and got their food ahead of me You can do better!

Food quality is very good. Service is usually good. The low stars rating is because I observed one of the female front counter workers put both hands down in her pants to pull them up, then proceeded to grab food without washing or changing gloves. So when I go now and see her working the counter I just leave. Otherwise good service and food. Chase ave location

Ordered a to-go order of turkey burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, crispy bacon, cheese & mayo plus sweet potato fries.
Just a little disappointed because the turkey patty looked so small on Portuguese roll, they was no cheese and no mayo. Customer service was awesome. The trainer did ask if everything looked okay but I didn't remove the bun to check.

Reminded myself why I don't go there very much. I can't understand why when you order a cheese burger with lettuce and ketchup, they can put the lettuce on but give you ketchup packets. Same with a hot dog mustard and relish. Both M and R packets. I paid you to make it. I want to eat it when I get it, not finish making it. Oh and then forget my fries. I'm just a customer. Well, WAS a customer.

Shout out to the Crew at Frankies on Chase Ave next to Target, got my crew lunch there Saturday. The food of course was great...but I was blown away by the staff. Excellent service, by all of them, very friendly, and went above and beyond... that crew need a kudos! Picked up right around 1pm.
