I just ordered a $40 party pizza and I used to love this place always ordered from them but the cheese is barely melted the crust is so hard it was like they put a old pizza back in so I called to tell them and they were so rude and telling me it just came out the oven and making excuses and again I used to specifically go here all the time

I would give 0 stars if I could. They made me 2 pitch black pizzas on Saturday before closing after waiting 45 min. I went home, called, they hung the phone up on me. After calling 3 times they answered and said I can bring for a refund. No new pizza . The other option is to hold the burnt pizza for two days and exchange it on Monday. What???? They play in there drinking and listening to music. Service is trash.

Fratelli’s is a small family owned business located in Waterbury and is a great source for delicious, fast, and fresh Italian takeout. They of course have pizza by the slice, only available to be ordered in person, but dont worry, the slices are usually ready in about 60 seconds.

If you are new to Fratelli’s, definitely order the buffalo chicken anything! Available in grilled or fried cutlet form, this signature and famous item of Fratelli’s and is available in salads, sandwiches, wraps, pizzas, calzones and more. The spice is flavorful but not overpowering.

Aside from the freshness and speed, Fratelli’s also stands out because of the prices. The prices are relatively cheap compared to other local establishments. One can easily get a slice or two and a soda for under $5, and sandwiches and wraps come in about 8-10 bucks. Whether you are looking to feed a family dinner or just want something delicious and fast on your lunch break definitely check out Fratelli’s.

Food is good, I eat here all the time. Apparently they won't deliver 3 miles away even though they've delivered to me before. Not sure why a 10 minute drive isnt possible.
