Absolutely disappointed. I went in today with my son around 3pm and wasn't greeted, never offered a bag to shop with. Instead when my son was making noises, the girls working had disgusted looks on their faces and never serviced me once. I was looking for fall decorations and every bath and body works I've been too has greeted me and helped me look for what I needed. I've worked for this company for three years and this is not what the company stands for. All the girls just stood up front and ignored me. I will never go to this location again. I've already filed a complaint with the company. I hope this gets addressed properly so no one else has to feel this way.

Very nice customer service. One of the staff helped me out in selecting lotion. They always have the buy 2 or 3 and get 1 free deal, so I can never just buy 1 thing. U got to love it!
I got charged for 2 3-wick candles in store when I only bought one. The next day I go after work 30 min before they close & their doors are locked. When I worked in the mall you couldn't close early or you could get fined! I've NEVER written a bad review but I am beyond upset. Hours said 6, not 5:30. Now I have to wait 5 days til my next day off so I can return during peak hours to get my money back because they cannot post their correct hours or employees close when they feel like it.
