Hindsight BBQ offers a satisfying dining experience with outstanding food at the best value in the state. The brisket is some of the best ever eaten, so tender and juicy. The burnt ends are definitely the highlight of the meal. The food is all perfectly cooked and fell right off the bone. Recommended dishes include the blueberry ribs, brisket burgers, beef tostadas, bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños, and their specials. The interior is cozy and nicely put together, and sitting outside is nice too. There is a cornhole game to play while you wait. The staff is kind, patient, and helpful, making guests feel welcome. The restaurant serves counter service only, with food brought to the table quickly. Parking is convenient, with a large lot nearby. The place is kid-friendly with highchairs, and the drinks, like the Cosmo, are spot on. Hindsight does not disappoint.
