Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant

This use to be my go to spot till recently my fiance went to go pick up our food and there were several pieces of hair in the half a chicken. We were thinking it was intentional because the week prior we ordered from them and they gave us back wrong change. When we went back the owner was upset and accused my fiance of being a liar. It was only a $5 difference. We order from here all the time so for them to act like that is beyond me. Beware if you order from here! Try another place.

I order from them only once..I will never again .my half of chicken was so over cooked n dry my boneless spare ribs where small black pieces .when I called the manager said she sending driver to swap them ..then 5min later said the chef said he has to cook it this way so it can be well done??‍♀️I've been eating Chinese my whole life .am 51 yrs old ..spend 50 on dinner there n basically had to throw it away?
Worst food and service I've ever experienced ? don't eat here..this dinner was for 4 and 3 of us got sick

I ordered shrimp fried rice with chicken wings and the food was Disgusting the rice and shrimp had a weird taste the chicken was over cooked and one of the chicken Wings had a bone poking out like it came from a pigeon

Take out was small portions, despite me ordering large, and shortly after eating it, my boyfriend experienced food poisoning!!!

Greasy beef and broccoli, greasy chicken and broccoli, dry rice, and my stomach ached afterwards.

I wish that my usual spot, Highland Garden was open, else I would have ordered from there. Won't be ordering from this place again!!!

First off I needed the bathroom on the way in, which the nice lady up front said is thru the kitchen. I walked back and kitchen started as typical Chinese takeout one.

Then I saw it.

Huge buckets of raw chicken wings. Raw meats of other kinds. Being stored on the FLOOR.

I made it to the bathroom which was so tiny I could barely use it, which is really neither here nor there. It was however covered in grease as well.

After using the facilities I quickly left and didn't even take the food I'd ordered.

It gives me chills to think of them storing raw meats on the floor like that, which I am glad I needed the bathroom for, bc I wouldve eaten what I ordered, not knowing at all where it was stored!

The best in wtby. Owners are dedicated to treating everyone friendly and nice. Food is great.

Just tried to place an order and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. I usually order from here because it's close however, they will not get my business any longer. Their customer service is poor and their food is average at best. The person running the business has to take them off the phone and away from people if they plan on staying open for business. Not worth the hassle when there are better options for Chinese food.

Very busy at 10:30 pm!

Unfortunately I went to pick up my food and ofc it wasn’t ready . I order every week until I went in today to pick up my food and saw a rat run across the room. I thought I was tripping but i know a rat when I see one. Won’t be ordering here again .

Placed order for delivery @730pm , called an hour later waiting for driver 1later still nothing called they said delivery driver called no answer and they cancelled order. Never again

I ordered for delivery and paid. The order came and it was missing items, i called the restaurant the woman who answered was rude and told me the manager deals with these thing and he would be calling and hung up on me. I have not recieved a call or credit.
