I’m closer to the Watertown location but I travel to the one on wolcott because the service is extraordinary every single time I go! The manager is amazing always greeting us with a smile the food on point! Never a dull moment I love these guys!!! Definitely feels like family love all of you @ jersey mikes!!!

Ran into a lady named Jess? She was great! I stopped by with my grandma and she was just delightful to her despite the language barrier. Now every time we drive by my grandmother suggests 'checking in' on our friend.

8 inch turkey and provolone is $11. Didn’t even fill me up. Better to stick with local deli’s. Total rip off.

Jersey Mike’s doesn’t let their employees have a proper way of knowing their menu Which is why most of the time you only have one or two people slicing there meat, which makes it hard for them to get their orders done in a timely manner to get the customers out the door. if a customer orders a sandwich and it’s not the Jersey Mike’s Way they try convince them to have the Jersey Mike’s way and if the customer does not get it the Jersey Mike’s Way you have to proceed in the order of the Jersey Mike’s, Mike So say if a customer wants the tomato before the lettuce Employees still have to put the lettuce before your tomato or if you wanted your oil vinegar on your lettuce before the tomato they still will put your oil vinegar after they do the lettuce and tomato unless you order it online and you don’t want no lettuce and tomato. They will put the oil vinegar on your meat. With the oregano to order from Jersey Mike’s you gotta be very particular otherwise your grinder is not gonna come out the way you want it . I do not recommend Jersey Mike’s. They don’t treat their employees good and they don’t honor what the customer would like even if it’s in a reasonable aspect.
