Every time we come in here the older white lady that mainly is in here always have an adittude & never lets my husband order his food & just makes it the way she wants too. Before we would let it slide but seeing that he always upset cause all he wants is his sandwich made correctly I couldn’t help but to turn around and ask her to make it again, even though she was laughing on our way out the first time. My husband just likes his sandwich a specific way and he doesn’t like his peppers cook so he always asked for But she purposely cooked them and put items he doesn’t even ask in his sandwich. And even after she made the sandwich again, we had to come back to get our money refunded because again she failed. It’s kind of sad because we love Jersey Mike’s sandwiches, but we can’t keep coming back to this location. If the sandwich can’t even be made properly or to the customers preference. Customer are always right isn’t that the fast food chain model so what is going on here?

Poor greeting towards the customer. I would never come this place again. Waiting and didn't acknowledge customer was infront of their faces. Manager should be aware about this. If you don't get enough customers is because your employees.

I’ll never come back here again after ordering from this location again after the lady on the grill yelled out “oh my god” as I’m ordering a #43 then told the young lady on the slicer I told you I need 15 to 20 minutes for my hot sub felt unwelcome in this location and I’m sorry for the staff on the shift….

The music is nice atmosphere is family friendly and jus cozy to sit and eat and chill the place is very very clean staff is very well groomed it was my first time and I'll go back 09/052025

I’m closer to the Watertown location but I travel to the one on wolcott because the service is extraordinary every single time I go! The manager is amazing always greeting us with a smile the food on point! Never a dull moment I love these guys!!! Definitely feels like family love all of you @ jersey mikes!!!
The cashier that helped me with my order after it was stolen is an absolute Angel!! When I say she went above and beyond for me today & I absolutely appreciate it. I wish her nothing but the best!

8 inch turkey and provolone is $11. Didn’t even fill me up. Better to stick with local deli’s. Total rip off.
