The place is clean and the food is hot and fresh. I had breakfast at night which is a good thing in waterbury cuz there's nothing around like that except for ihop and going to the mall is just a pain. But very good value and good food. I asked for my bacon cooked soft and that's exactly how it came out. So you know they actually cool it instead of microwaving like so many other places. Get the special with pancakes.

Love that my food came quick. Approximately 4 minutes or so but that's scary. Was my food already cooked and got heated up? Also, my philly cheese steak was good but it tasted a bit bitter. Might have been the lettuce. That's why 3 stars. Otherwise, not a bad place. Waitress was nice and polite. The entry was weird for me. I couldn't tell where it was from street. Place is poorly labeled.

GREAT breakfast spot. Really great sausage. I always have apple pancakes and sausage. Ok; I admit it; I check out other people's plates and everything looks great. I'm just so happy with my usual I never tried anything else.

Ok, let's start off on a positive, our waitress Rose was very kind and hard working. Second, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! Take 4 shots of vegetable oil after it's been used and sitting for a month. We left ALL our plates 3/4 full. It's cheaper than paying for the meal. Nasty nasty nasty

Nice restaurant and staff also cook. Get breakfast, lunch, dinner to just a snack. Had blueberry pie. It was cold and tasted old. Maybe apple is better. Prices are reasonable too.

Came in with 12 people and were willing to split up. Told us they could not accommodate and turned us away even though there were open tables. Called Jimmy’s (the original) and they were able to take us. As they say the original is always better. Apparently they are not affiliated. Also if you look to a previous review refusing service seems to be a theme.
