In need of some Carribean vibes around the Waterbury area? Josie's is the place to go. David and his family have done a nice job of building a safe family environment with chill Carribbean vibes .From the decorations to the music, you definitely get that island feel. The food and drinks were delicious and the portion were big. The family and I will definitely be returning!!!
