They have a wide variety of fish. And they filet them multiple different ways. There's an assortment of ethnic foods there also. You do have to pick your own fish out and place them in bins, then you bring them up to be fileted.

This was the cleanest fish market I have ever been to they have a variety of fresh fish from monkfish to shark and anything in-between I went yesterday to get some catfish and the freshness you can really taste they have a very knowledgeable staff this is my new fish market I have only been in Waterbury for about 3 months and I like it very much. But y'all need to go to this place trust me if you like seafood you will love it.
