The women at the register are nasty. They just standing there staring at me, even after I approached the register . I didn’t order cause I thought they would spit in my food.

Horrible, all the girls at the register have nasty attitudes. They just stared at me when I walked in, no hello, no nothing. I asked if they had chicken wings, a short Hispanic woman says no as hard as she can. Horrible, get people who want to work and have customer service skills.
If I could give less than one star I would. My Daughter and I went there and waited to be served. It took some time and we were not Even acknowledged! The person behind the counter had her back to us, and she didn't even say I'll be with you in a minute. So we left needless to say, they Lost our business! We will Never go to that place again!

Says they close at 11. But you go and the store is closed before 10:30 this place is trash.
Place is a joke . Tells u to park your car after going thru drive thru . Wait 15 min they said I have to walk up to the window to get my food now . On top of not knowing how to take a order

If you are a delivery person and you receive an order from that location, cancel it. It will take at least 30 minutes to wait.

I am only giving this place a one star for the simple fact is I needed more time to order my food as I had to use the bathroom the cashier stated she wasn’t going to give me tissue until I ordered the food how crazy is that after me telling her I was going to order but she didn’t care so I ordered then what makes matters worse she didn’t even give me what I ordered she gave different I spent almost $40 on food I will not be going back. Oh and I did try calling but they ain’t pick up the phone! Keep in mind they were not busy at all.
The lack of communication and teamwork is astounding in the place, one cashier for drive thru and front end please do better I get slow but SLOW SLOW IS CRAZY. WORK ON BEING BETTER. GODBLESS YOUR HEARTS GOD IS THE ONLY ONE THAT GIVES US STRENGTH. Please work on bettering your self to provide great customer service and work ethic. Love what you do or don't do it at all. A job isn't just a job for the sake of a paycheck. My heart goes out to y'all. Put ur hearts in the right space. Leaders build each other up and help. Xo ? the lady packing food up just starting at the screen instead of helping her peers is another issue. Work together to provide excellent service.
