I love KFC, but this establishment is out to steal from you. Paid $40 for a family meal and an extra side of mashed potatoes. I got half of the chicken and none of the sides. When I called they said come on we'll fix it and when I went in I got we never said that. Called corporate office and they refunded $7 on a an order missing half the food. There are better KFCs around.

This is by far the WORST KFC I’ve been to! My son and I love KFC and have gone to many before especially a quick dinner or lunch! This place is EXTREMELY SLOW and very dingy and dirty appearance. There was a very nice Spanish lady but I just hate the fact that you order in the drive through and then have to pull up to the door or in a space to WAIT EVEN LONGER for your food! It’s literally called “fast food” for a reason. Management is also very horrible, I am honestly not sure how this specific location is even still open tbh. There’s no organization, no cleanliness, let alone HORRIBLE customer service, and everything is completely outdated! It’s horrible!!! I just think that miserable people should not be working in the public honestly. I’m a manager myself and I know for sure this would not be a company I would like to represent honestly!

An employee had literally ate the chicken wings and left the fries and crumbs of the chicken wings in the box the proceed to still put it in the bag. This was brought to me thru uber eats but the bag was sealed so it had to be an employee. The food isn’t even good fries look crazy never seen a kfc had so much 1 stars this is horrible service and bad for business.

This place is pretty disgusting and inconsiderate. This is the third time I go here trying to get chicken original and they don’t have at about 10pm when they advertise to closing at 11. When I ask the girl why they don’t have chicken she says because they are cleaning the ovens which is atrocious because you’re meant to clean the ovens once the restaurant is closed not during hours because you want to go home early. The management is disgusting pretty much running this kfc to the ground. Don’t false advertise and then have an attitude about why you don’t have chicken CLOSING HOURS ARE 11pm not 10pm stop trying to get an hour off at the expense of the restaurant or false advertising.

Just went to the drive thru for a KFC Bowl a few minutes ago, the staff was kind and the food was great, thank you.
The women at the register are nasty. They just standing there staring at me, even after I approached the register . I didn’t order cause I thought they would spit in my food.

If I could give less than one star I would. My Daughter and I went there and waited to be served. It took some time and we were not Even acknowledged! The person behind the counter had her back to us, and she didn't even say I'll be with you in a minute. So we left needless to say, they Lost our business! We will Never go to that place again!
