Why have a franchise that says open until 11 and close the doors at 10:35 that’s ridiculous making people drive to the location for no reason

I dont know what's going on at this location, but something is not right. I just had a pretty disappointing experience. I ordered a famous bowl, side of small wedges, and a biscuit delivered to me thru DoorDash. The delivery was no problem, but the food was less than a normal experience. My famous bowl only had 5 small pieces of nuggets and only 12 kernels of corn. Yes, that's how the small the amount of corn they gave that you could easily count the kernels. And a small sprinkle of cheese. And I mean a sprinkle. It was basically a bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy. Lots of gravy though. It felt like the worker was trolling customers with this one. And my biscuit was thrown in the bag loose and uncovered. Typically it is wrapped up or put in one of the fries container, but it was just thrown loose and uncovered in the bag. I won't even bother with the wedges that were clearly cooked in old oil. I've had plenty good experiences with KFC and at this particular location. But today after spending almost $20, it was too much to ignore. I had never seen a famous bowl made like that or my food packaged so carelessly.

This place is horrible, don’t come here. first we ordered 2 sides and a sandwich and they told us to pull into a parking spot then proceeded to take another 15 mins to bring out the food for only 3 things and we were the only ones in line. next when i asked for the sandwich they didn’t even ask me if i wanted the meal or only the sandwich. and lastly when we got the sandwich it was disgusting, they drowned the sandwich in mayo. definitely not worth it.

Just went through the drive through ordered 2 two piece chicken dinners with one extra roll and a side of fries I received 2pieces of chicken that looked like it was cooked yesterday and sat there until today 3 orders of fries that was like rubber and 2 biscuits under cooked I’m sure it would’ve gone better if the girl taking the order understood English that was not the 1st time but the 2 nd time at kfc that this happened keep the chicken nes who don’t understand our language cleaning the dinning room until they are secure in talking our language

No one spoke English on night shift and they copped an attitude that I couldn’t understand them. I was fortunate that a customer spoke English and Spanish to translate to the employee what I was asking for.
They never get door dash orders correct, and drench everything in mayo.

I love KFC, but this establishment is out to steal from you. Paid $40 for a family meal and an extra side of mashed potatoes. I got half of the chicken and none of the sides. When I called they said come on we'll fix it and when I went in I got we never said that. Called corporate office and they refunded $7 on a an order missing half the food. There are better KFCs around.

This is by far the WORST KFC I’ve been to! My son and I love KFC and have gone to many before especially a quick dinner or lunch! This place is EXTREMELY SLOW and very dingy and dirty appearance. There was a very nice Spanish lady but I just hate the fact that you order in the drive through and then have to pull up to the door or in a space to WAIT EVEN LONGER for your food! It’s literally called “fast food” for a reason. Management is also very horrible, I am honestly not sure how this specific location is even still open tbh. There’s no organization, no cleanliness, let alone HORRIBLE customer service, and everything is completely outdated! It’s horrible!!! I just think that miserable people should not be working in the public honestly. I’m a manager myself and I know for sure this would not be a company I would like to represent honestly!
