I would not recommend this location at all. The restaurant smells terrible, the crew was too busy singing than actually paying attention to what they serve, as they packed us sour coleslaw, and we didn’t even get napkins. On top of everything else we had to wait for 20 minutes for a pick up order that was supposed to be ready as soon as I arrived to the restaurant.

The manager at this location is a poor example of what customer service should be at your location. She’s literally all over TikTok and other social media platforms disrespecting a woman who just wanted to get her order in Threatening to call ice on her because she was Hispanic, which is quite disgraceful since that lady said she was Puerto Rican. That is not what corporate should be allowing in that location and she needs to be disciplined. No one should ever lose their jobs, but she should have some repercussions for the way she treated that customer.

Also she told another employee that was going to complete the order not to give her service. Supposedly she is Puertorican by the name of Rose.

I just saw a video of a puertorican woman that works there telling a Dominicans person that she is going to call ice on her ! That video is very disturbing . Ya need to fired that woman because that’s not how you supposed to treat a customer who spend their money there everyday !! That video is going viral and I hope that lady gets fired !!🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

A Real Honest Review. This place should be shut down, period. Not sure why corporate has not come to this location. The place is super out dated. Filthy inside. Chicken at lunch time was not fresh, dried, over cooked. It was delivered quickly (meaning it was sitting for sometime) but it was absolutely worst kfc I have had in years. The biscuit was a hard hockey puck. Even the soda machine was filthy and soda was flat.
If this is a franchise, do better! No excuse. If this is corporate owned - shut down and rebuild.
Horrible!! This place looks dingy and dirty inside and the chicken is the worse!! They need to be reported to the health department.

I went to this Kentucky Fried Chicken to purchase a late lunch Famous Bowl. There is no drive thru, so the only option is to go inside. The workers were cordial. I get mine without the sweet corn and they did it right, so I had that going for me. The food was better (both in taste and portion) in comparison with the other locations I have been to. The shrinkflation was not so evident here. The only real knock, beyond the lack of a drive thru, is the location itself. I’m not generally a fan of Waterbury to begin with and when passing through the area, I am usually quickly reminded as to why that is.

Called the store multiple times before getting there because I had a big order and the site wasn't cooperating.. when I get to the store, I waited 5 minutes for someone to come take my order, once they decide to come Im told I have to wait 20 minutes for my order because they had no chicken ready.
If it werent for the fact that I drove here while having womanly issues and craving this all day, I wouldve went somewhere else! The food is tasty, unfortunately service is lackluster
