A Real Honest Review. This place should be shut down, period. Not sure why corporate has not come to this location. The place is super out dated. Filthy inside. Chicken at lunch time was not fresh, dried, over cooked. It was delivered quickly (meaning it was sitting for sometime) but it was absolutely worst kfc I have had in years. The biscuit was a hard hockey puck. Even the soda machine was filthy and soda was flat.
If this is a franchise, do better! No excuse. If this is corporate owned - shut down and rebuild.
I will not come back.

Horrible!! This place looks dingy and dirty inside and the chicken is the worse!! They need to be reported to the health department.

I went to this Kentucky Fried Chicken to purchase a late lunch Famous Bowl. There is no drive thru, so the only option is to go inside. The workers were cordial. I get mine without the sweet corn and they did it right, so I had that going for me. The food was better (both in taste and portion) in comparison with the other locations I have been to. The shrinkflation was not so evident here. The only real knock, beyond the lack of a drive thru, is the location itself. I’m not generally a fan of Waterbury to begin with and when passing through the area, I am usually quickly reminded as to why that is.

Called the store multiple times before getting there because I had a big order and the site wasn't cooperating.. when I get to the store, I waited 5 minutes for someone to come take my order, once they decide to come Im told I have to wait 20 minutes for my order because they had no chicken ready.
If it werent for the fact that I drove here while having womanly issues and craving this all day, I wouldve went somewhere else! The food is tasty, unfortunately service is lackluster

They can’t read Uber orders correctly everytime I order food from them on Uber eats there’s always an item missing or the whole meal is incorrect , these people are slow

If I could give it a zero I would my husband just brought dinner home and I tried calling no one picks up phone just rings because, chicken in bowl is raw hard gummy now how could that be it looks all dried up and large coleslaw in slippery, sour just nasty food we can't eat at hight prices.
The food is not fresh. I drove 20 mins and biscuit was hard and the chicken was just hot but not fresh.

Avoid at all cost. Robbed me for my online order cuz it “wasnt on screen “ had receipt , wouldn’t help me at all , kept my money and food . Literally robbed me

I order their two piece chicken with a side. Then I asked for a tiny cup of water. First, they wanted to charge me for Aquafina. Then they told me a tiny cup of water (maybe 6 oz) would be $2.79. That they "couldn't give me a cup for free". Very bad form considering all the fast food restaurants that I have been to in Waterbury will give you a tiny cup of water for free with an order. Including this exact KFC previously.
