Went to KFC just now and it's a mess. They need to remodel, sweep and mop. The order came fast, precooked in a warmer. I just don't know how long it has been sitting out. I think that's my last time going here.Parking: Plenty of parking, never seen the lot full.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and wheelchair accessible.

People that work here are dirty and nasty , they walk around eating out of all the containers while on there phones , everyone ignores while you wait there to order.. and when you get your food its old barley warm and the chicken isnt even crispy its soggy... Just nasty. Dnot eat here unless you want to get sick.

Placed online order and after arriving to pickup at indicated time. Had to wait more than half hour. Purchased family deal and only gave us 1 breast. District Manger and Regional manger must pay attention to scheduling and people they hire. It’s all about service to be successful.

Service definitely sucks. Went there today to get food. I’m waiting in line to get my food, then when I got my food it’s incomplete. I asked the crew where the rest of my order is and she said she gave it to me and the other lady took it. I told her that she didn’t give it to me and I’m not with the other lady. She doesn’t want to replace my order. I literately have to fight with her and told her I’m not leaving until I got what I paid for. The other customers agreed with me and said to talk to the manager. I demanded to talk to the manager and that’s the only time she replaced my order. Bad customer service!!! I will never go back there again!!!
