The service here is so bad. I ordered door dash and went to pick up my order. The lady at the bar said the kitchen is closed. I advised I ordered and paid already and she just said no. I hate this place

First time in this establishment since it was close to the mechanical workshop where they performed the oil change on my vehicle. The place is quite clean but the service suffers from many flaws (poor customer service, once the dishes were served the waitress never came back to ask how we were or if we needed anything else). We ordered buffalo chicken wings to start (unfortunately all the dishes were brought out at the same time and the wings were not buffalo style). We had to get the attention of the waitress so she could give us the bill and my surprise is that this establishment has a service charge (search the internet to find out for sure the purpose of this). Many establishments do it to indirectly obtain the minimum percentage of 15% on the total cost of the bill, which is presumed to be the tip, but we cannot guarantee if the owner of the establishment will pay it to the waiters. I am not an unfair person when it comes to tipping more so if I like to see the waiter/waitress give the customer the attention they deserve. It is not in my plans to return to this establishment.
Food is okay, service is pretty bad (slow and lack of customer service) on top of this a service charge is added to your bill and when a bad service is provided I believe this is not fair for the customer (server already knows is getting a tip so why go the extra mile). I hope the owner does give the server the 15% service charge is added to the tab and not keeping it.

Too expensive for this area. Food is not good. They are overpriced for the drinks. They add service tap for 2 people legally they should add service for 4 people. Alcohol drinks did not contain any alcohol rather more juice. Definitely not worth it to spend your money there.

I bought food today thinking it should’ve be so bad, I’d been there for drinks and Karaoke and 100% recommended it, but food it’s really bad! Tasteless, have good portions and it looks ok but sadly goes to the garbage! :(
