Horrible experience! Ordered over the phone and unfamiliar and uninformed about the “process” regarding beverages, my son walked in picked up the order and came home without any beverages, stating that he wasn’t given any. I called back to inquire as to what happened and was told by the woman who took my order, that it’s not their responsibility to give customers the drinks they order, the customers are supposed to know(without being informed) that they need to go into the refrigerator and get the beverages themselves. How would a new customer picking up an order know this? Why wasn’t it told to me over the phone, or to my son when the order was rung up and he paid? She was very rude and unapologetic, terrible customer service! I will never patronize this business again and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone!
Response to the owner’s doubling down reply below: My drink order was taken over the phone, I told the woman who took my order exactly what I wanted to drink, just like I told her what I wanted to eat she took the order and gave no instructions regarding taking the drinks out of the refrigerator. If that is your procedure, then you need to have whoever is taking the orders over the phone inform customers of your procedure, when they order over the phone, if the information isn’t given, the customer has absolutely no way of knowing your procedure. I should have been instructed about your procedure when I ordered my drinks, simple. When the order was paid for, the person paying and picking up the order should have been informed. Stating that it’s the customer’s responsibility to do something they have been given zero information about is absolutely ridiculous and in very poor taste. As an owner you should know better.

I get lunch at Louie's Pizza a couple times a week. This place always has great food, even with the new ownership the food is the same and unchanged and has the taste of continued tradition. They've actually lowered prices on a few things which is unheard of in today's society. I enjoy their food and always receive great service from the ladies at the counter. And still one of the few places in town where reasonable pricing is a standard.

I just want to say congratulations to the new owners at louie’s Pizza I am so excited to see what changes you are going to do with the place. I worked there from 2008 to 2021 and I am ecstatic that someone there is going to put structure into the place and hopefully do the right thing and succeed in a proper manner. Once again, congratulations I know it might be difficult to make those changes with the circumstances that you were given but I pray to God that you change the pace for the better good luck and i’ll be praying for a comeback for the place .

I just ordered a small cheese pizza from Louie's while waiting for the bus. The pizza is absolutely delicious! It has amazing flavor and I was able to get the pizza in time to catch the bus. Great experience.
I liked eating here but the owner is not the same and the steak grinder was bad it had big chunks in it it had no flavor and they put mozarella cheese and barely any. The meat did not taste like nothing I knew immediately I was never comming here again. I could not eat it I gave the meat to my dogs since it did not have any time of seasoning. I don't like mozarella cheese with steak it def don't match. The one way pizza place is all I have left and Angelina's.

Growing up in Waterbury I would often jump between Dominic's, Louie's and Zachary's. We all know that Zachary's has been long gone, Dom's was closed so last night I stopped at Louie's. It's crystal clear they have new owners. The pizza is definitely not the same. Tomatoe sauce has an after taste, crust is a lot thinner than I remember and the cheese is mediocre. Be fore warned, you will have only 30 minutes to eat if you dine in no matter how much you order.

if you want good pizza, then come here cuz there pizza is really good. I have only delivered from them, and one time, a guy was delivering the pizza to me and he was on drugs! maybe louies need to check on their employees because this is not okay.
