Ordered on the app & they asked me to pull ahead for fresh fries. I pulled ahead and waited 15 minutes & counted 9 people get their food before me. When I finally got my food, the lettuce and the chicken were both mushy, the French fries were only filled halfway & my sauce was missing

I was there last night and I had to wait a while in the drive through for fries and a happy meal and the food was so disgusting and stale. Cold and why I waited for stale cold food was beyond me. I had this happen the third time in a row at night and it makes me not want to try it again because of that past few times of having stale chicken nuggets and stale fries that were probably sitting for long long time. I wanted a refund and reported this to the app service but haven’t heard anything from anyone

Thus place is horrid! I went to pick up an order I placed and was tied they couldn't log into the system to see it and there was nothing they and do and didn't bother giving my money back. Instead of getting or contacting a manager about the situation to fix it, I can't imagine how many people were scammed by this horrid McDonalds!!

Mangers is not good..Waited for hours outside in my car, A woman mess up my order..and parked me for hours..waste of money..got my foods but never eating at this mcdonald's..I went to a different mcdonald's and they did better , because this mcdonald is sucks
Simple asked for Big Mac, no Mac sauce, the burger was lathered in it, so I threw it out and just made food at home. They did that because they didn’t want to make a Big Mac from scratch. Won’t be going there again.

Everyone is nice at this McDonald’s, I basically buy breakfast everyday at this Location for over two years I would say. There is an employee that for some reason always has an attitude with me for no apparent reason, at this point I believe she hates me because I go there every morning cause there is no way that someone can just hate you without you doing anything to them, one day she closed the window at my boyfriend while he was requesting her name to report her hateful behavior because is getting weird at this point, other employees can verify what I’m saying her name is FATIMA and she shouldn’t be working in a place where you need to have costumer service. I hope that the Owner of this McDonald’s can read this review and take action, this is going to affect the business.
