I have no doubt in my mind I will NEVER go to that McDonald's EVER again...People are literally living in that place and you will see them there EVERY time you go..good luck trying to use the bathroom at times because guy hangs out in the stall for an hour... it's loud, obnoxious and English isn't even worth trying to speak...lobby is usually dirty and left filthy at times...just plain bad đđ

I don't know what a lady does who serves but she never does her job well. I don't know why they put her to work. I don't know her name, but you will recognize that lady by the way she serves.

We placed our order through the mobile app about 5 minutes before arriving at the store. When we got to the drive-thru, we were immediately told to park in one of the 8 reserved spaces for drive-thru customers to waitâdespite there being no one else in line at 8 a.m. Meanwhile, employees inside were casually chatting instead of preparing orders.
I politely declined to park, opting to wait at the window since the drive-thru was completely empty. Thatâs when the shift manager became combative, insisting I move to one of the designated parking spots. She went on about a timer system and how slow they are at making food, which was painfully evident considering the multiple waiting spaces this location relies on.
If thereâs a timer to ensure fast service, why is there a waiting area? The system feels counterproductive. Itâs not the customerâs responsibility to ensure the timer looks goodâitâs the restaurant's job to deliver food quickly.
Ultimately, instead of preparing my order, the manager canceled it, refunded my money, and threw it back at me. Itâs no surprise the place was empty at 8 a.m.âthis level of service explains why.
To the owner: If youâre going to hold employees accountable for speed, donât give them the option of sending customers to wait indefinitely in parking spots. The timer should only stop when the customer actually receives their order. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Very disappointed with McDonaldâs lately. It seems like their hot chocolate machines are down everywhere! Iâve tried multiple locations over the past couple of months, and itâs always the same excuse. If they canât maintain their equipment, they shouldnât advertise the product. Frustrating experience!â
This has to be one of the worst Ron, McDonaldâs, and all of the state of Connecticut. They are always slow even in the drive-through, even though this is supposed to be fast food and they always mess up your order.

The manager who was working on 10/19/24 was extremely rude and unhelpful. Her own worker let me know the lobby was closed and yet when i went thru the drive thru window she the manager refused to give me my order stating âcome inside if you want it its openâ. Ive never felt more disrespected and its a shame there are people like this working for this company. If she hates her job that much she should look for another one.
